Hardened spring steel with precision ground stripping holes for easy removal of insulation. This is a compact, lightweight wire stripping, cutting tool and gauges, cuts, strips and loops wire. It is spring loaded for self-opening and its narrow nose fits into tight places. klein insulated tools exceed IEC 60900 and ASTM F1505 standards for insulated tools, and are clearly marked with the official 1000 Volt rating symbol. This tool also has two layers of insulation to protect against electrical shock. This tool is not to be used for cutting steel wire or bolts.
